1. Delivery Areas

Sugar Cubby currently delivers to selected locations in Chandigarh, Mohali, and nearby areas. Delivery availability depends on your location and will be confirmed during checkout.

2. Delivery Timings

  • Orders are delivered during our regular delivery hours.
  • Customers can choose an available delivery date and time slot during checkout.
  • While we strive to deliver within the selected time, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to traffic, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Same-Day Delivery

  • Same-day delivery is available for selected products if the order is placed before the daily cut-off time.
  • Customized or designer cakes may require additional preparation time and may not be eligible for same-day delivery.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location and order value.
  • Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • From time to time, Sugar Cubby may offer free delivery on eligible orders as part of promotional offers.

5. Order Processing

  • All cakes and desserts are freshly prepared after your order is confirmed.
  • Standard orders are processed as quickly as possible.
  • Customized orders may require 24–72 hours of preparation depending on the design and complexity.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided delivery address.
  • If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery partner may attempt to contact you.
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unreachable contact number, the order may be cancelled without a refund.

7. Delivery Delays

Although we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Heavy traffic
  • Bad weather
  • Road closures
  • Public holidays
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Sugar Cubby is not liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

8. Product Handling

Our cakes and desserts are carefully packed to ensure freshness and quality during transit. Once the order has been delivered and accepted by the customer or recipient, responsibility for proper storage and handling passes to the customer.

9. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product,
  • An incorrect item, or
  • A product with a genuine quality issue,

please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photographs. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
