As many of our products are handmade, slight variations in design, colour, decoration, size, and finishing may occur. Product images on the website are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the final product.

- Full payment must be made before an order is processed unless otherwise agreed.

Sugar Cubby reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Customized Orders
Customized, designer, and photo cakes are prepared according to the customer's instructions.
By placing a customized order, you acknowledge that:
- You have reviewed and approved the design requirements.
- Minor variations in colours, decorations, and handcrafted elements are normal.
- Customized products cannot be resold or returned.
- Once production has started, customized orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
6. Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within the selected delivery time slot. However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Sugar Cubby is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or inaccurate contact information.
7. Cancellation and Refunds

8. Food Allergies
Our products may contain or come into contact with ingredients such as milk, eggs, wheat, gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, or other allergens.
Customers with food allergies should contact us before placing an order. Sugar Cubby cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
